  • Lost or Stolen Returns: We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed.

Refund Policy

  • Production or Shipping Defects: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by production or transportation issues will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Lost Parcels: If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
