- Lost or Stolen Returns: We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed.
Refund Policy
- Production or Shipping Defects: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by production or transportation issues will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Lost Parcels: If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or unrecognizable address is provided, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Failure to correct the address may result in loss borne by the customer.
